Amo is a qualified cognitive behavioural psychotherapist. She provides therapy-based services to adults aged 18 years and over who may feel like they need a helping hand to overcome stress, anxiety or depression.
Amo has extensive experience in employee assistance programmes, and has also focused on Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities. Her work as a CBT therapist with a renowned mental health charity enabled her to provide psychoeducational workshops aimed at building awareness of mental health within the community

Due to challenges posed by the recent and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Amo is currently providing therapy online predominantly. Sessions are conducted either via Skype or Google Meet. However, face-to-face therapy may also be arranged, upon request.
